I sized up to M because I followed the size chart. I think if I had ordered my usual size S it would have been better. Size M has a little too much fabric in the front. The shorts are really good quality and squat-proof. For reference I wear a US size 4, EU size 36.

Good pair of shorts. The waist band is very very long. Goes way past belly button. The pants are not extremely tight but they fit nicely. The pants in the pictures have been folded over and they look fine like that.
